Breaded Lamb Rib Chops Recipe

  1. Dip chops in extra virgin olive oil; coat with cheese.
  2. Dip in Large eggs, then in bread crumbs to coat nicely.
  3. Heat some butter (or possibly extra virgin olive oil) in a skillet.
  4. Add in breaded chops and fry, over medium-high heat, uncovered, for about 4 to 5 min a side or possibly till just pink in the middle, and browned on the outside.
  5. Remove chops to a plate and serve as is, with lemon wedges or possibly with "Minted Couscous", or possibly "Lima Bean Puree" (the recipes for that are included in this collection.).
  6. This recipe yields 2 servings.
