Sausages in Beer

  1. In a wok pan (that's what I use when tailgating), over medium high heat cook the Italian sausage (both Sweet & Hot) for about 5 minutes until lightly brown; drain.
  2. Add the rest of the sausages and the onion and cook for about 5 more minutes.
  3. Turn the heat down to low and add the beer and the hot sauce.
  4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes stirring every couple of minutes.
  5. Pour it into a chafing dish or serve it in the wok pan.
