Taco Beef Dip Recipe

• 1 pound extra lean grnd beef
• 3/4 c. choppe onion
• 1/3 c. ketchup
• 1 1/2 tbsp. chili pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Few drops warm pepper sauce
• 1 can (16 ounce.) red kidney beans

2. Serves: 4 to 6.
