Chicken And Rice Bake
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup rice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups frozen veggies
- 1 pound chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- stir soup, water, rice, onion, pepper and veggies in 2 quart baking dish.
- top with chicken.
- bake for 50 minutes.
- top with cheese and let stand for 10 minutes.
