Hummus my way

  1. Put the chickpeas and garlic in the food processor.
  2. Take the middle strand out of the garlic
  3. Add the tahini
  4. The juice of one lemon
  5. The yoghurt
  6. And the garam masala
  7. Put maximum speed.
  8. Add olive oil and
  9. Blend at maximum speed again.
  10. Enjoy
