Salmon Roll
- 6 ounces, weight Canned Salmon
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tablespoon Diced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Set out cream cheese and bring to room temperature.
- Drain liquid off of salmon and put into a bowl.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- (Optional: roll in diced hazelnuts.)
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
- This is an easy make-ahead dish.
- It is almost better the next day.
