Mom's milk pork chops

  1. 1.
  2. Wet pork chops
  3. 2.
  4. Dredge in flour
  5. 3.
  6. Dip each in scrambled egg
  7. 4.
  8. Put in cracker/Italian crumbs
  9. 5.
  10. Put in hot oil in pan that will fit all chops on the bottom of frying pan
  11. 6.
  12. Fry both sides until golden brown
  13. 7.
  14. Pour in milk so it fills the pan up half way from the bottom of the chops
  15. 8.
  16. Bake in 325F oven for approximately 45 min...with lid on
  17. 9.
  18. After 45 min.
  19. Take lid off and bake approximately 20 min.
  20. Until the juice is gone
