Shrimp BLT Sandwich

  1. Chop the shrimp coarsely.
  2. In a medium size bowl mix the shrimp, tomatoes, bacon and mayonnaise.
  3. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  4. Cover the bottom half of each croissant with a lettuce leaf.
  5. Divide the shrimp mixture between the four croissants and cover with the top.
