Hash Browns Quiche
- 2 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 6 ounces cubed ham
- 4 ounces swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup butter (melted)
- 4 ounces jalapeno pepper cheese
- 12 cup cream
- 14 teaspoon seasoning salt
- Press hashbrowns onto bottom and sides of 9" pie pan.
- Drizzle butter over them.
- Bake in 450 preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350.
- In bowl toss together cheese and ham, put in pie pan.
- Beat other ingredients and pour over ham and cheese.
- Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes.
- Note: You can substitute any precooked meats or cheeses.
