Turkey Shrimp Tetrazzini Recipe
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 pound fresh shrimp
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 minced green pepper
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 lg. garlic, chopped
- 2 c. cooked turkey or possibly chicken, minced
- 6 ounce. spaghetti">vermicelli or possibly spaghetti, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. minced pimentos
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Shredded sharp cheese
- Combine soup with lowfat milk; set aside.
- Heat butter in Dutch oven.
- Cook shrimp, celery, green pepper, onion and garlic till tender.
- Add in turkey, vermicelli, pimento, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour soup over mix and combine.
- Cook over low heat 10 min or possibly till warm.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
