Slow Cooker Pasta Meat Sauce
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 6 ounces, weight Canned Tomato Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Basil Leaves, Dried
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 whole Bay Leaf
- 1 teaspoon Suagr
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Pasta Or Spaghetti Squash, To Serve
- Parmesan Cheese, Parsley Or Basil, For Garnish
- In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, onion and garlic.
- Stir the meat while breaking it apart.
- Cook until no longer pink.
- Drain the fat.
- In a crockpot, add the cooked meat mixture and remaining ingredients.
- Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
- Serve over big bowl of pasta or spaghetti squash and top with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley or basil.
