Butter Rum Patties Recipe

  1. Pour puffed rice into blender and work into a pwdr.
  2. Pour into large bowl or possibly food processor and add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Work with wooden spoon or possibly steel blade till mix is completely blended; mix will be sticky.
  4. Form into 20 patties.
  5. Place patties on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till surface feels dry.
  6. YIELD: 20 patties EXCHANGE 1 patty: 1/5 bread exchange
