Butter Rum Patties Recipe
- 5 c. Puffed rice - unsweetened
- 3 Tbsp. Granulated sugar replacement
- 2 x Egg whites
- 2 tsp Butter rum flavoring
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pour puffed rice into blender and work into a pwdr.
- Pour into large bowl or possibly food processor and add in remaining ingredients.
- Work with wooden spoon or possibly steel blade till mix is completely blended; mix will be sticky.
- Form into 20 patties.
- Place patties on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till surface feels dry.
- YIELD: 20 patties EXCHANGE 1 patty: 1/5 bread exchange
