Herbed Goat Cheese Tartines

  1. Lightly toast bread slices, and let cool.
  2. Rub surface of bread with raw garlic clove.
  3. Brush olive oil over each slice.
  4. Spread goat cheese evenly over bread slices, and garnish with minced herbs.
