Macaroni & Cheese Deluxe
- 2 cups macaroni noodles, cooked
- 2 cups American cheese, shredded
- 12 quart stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 34 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry onion flakes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Dissolve cornstarch in milk in a mixing bowl.
- Add noodles, cheese, tomatoes and onion flakes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Slice the butter into pats.
- Cover the top of the macaroni mixture with the butter pats.
- Bake at 350 degrees for a half and hour, uncovered.
- Let sit 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
