Beef, Cabbage, And Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound grnd chuck or possibly round
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded or possibly sliced
- 3 c. cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Brown beef in skillet; drain fat; add in onion, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Cook cabbage for 8 min in small amount of water.
- Drain any water left after cooking.
- In 9x13 inch pan which has been greased, make layer of rice, cabbage, beef, sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
