Five Cup Fruit Salad
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges canned, drained
- 13 1/2 ounces pineapple chunks canned, drained
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 1/2 ounces coconut flaked
- 1 x grapes, seedless or cherries for garnish
- Combine all ingredients except garnish, and chill several hours or overnight.
- Serve on lettuce cups garnished with grapes or cherries.
