Chicken Fingers

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut chicken into strips.

  5. In a bowl mix eggs and melted butter.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in another bowl.
  7. Dip chicken thoroughly in the egg mixture; coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  9. Place chicken onto sprayed pan.
  10. Bake 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.
  11. Serve with you favorite dipping sauces.
