Chicken Fingers
- 1 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (6)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, cooled
- 2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut chicken into strips.

- In a bowl mix eggs and melted butter.
- Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in another bowl.
- Dip chicken thoroughly in the egg mixture; coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Place chicken onto sprayed pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.
- Serve with you favorite dipping sauces.
