Tender Even When Cold! Spicy Pan Fried Pork with Miso
- 400 grams Thinly sliced pork for making ginger pork
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 for frying Oil
- Rub sugar and sake into the pork, and let the pork soak up the liquid.
- After the flavors have melded, rub in the miso, soy sauce, and doubanjiang.
- Fry in a frying pan coated with oil.
- This is great for dinner of course, and is also delicious in bentos.
