Canadian Bacon Pizza Recipe
- 2 x 6-inch prebaked Italian Bread shells
- 4 ounce Provolone or possibly mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 slc Canadian Bacon, cut into eighths
- 1/4 c. Liquid removed pineapple tidbits
- 1/4 c. Minced green bell pepper
- 3 x Red onion slices, halved, separated
- Heat oven to 450 .
- Place bread shells on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Top with 1/2 c. of the cheese, bacon, pineapple, bell pepper and onion; add in remaining cheese.
- Bake at 450 for 8-10 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
