Pork and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 100 grams Garlic shoots
- 1/2 a stalk Japanese leek (finely chopped)
- 1 knob Ginger (minced)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 dash Pepper
- Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a bowl.
- Add the A list ingredients, rub them into the pork, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Slice the garlic shoots lengthwise into sixths, and blanch in boiling water.
- Combine the B list ingredients and set aside.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, and fry the finely chopped leek and ginger.
- Add the pork and fry over high heat.
- When the meat has whitened, add the garlic shoots and stir-fry briskly.
- Add the combined B list ingredients to the frying pan, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
- Transfer to serving plates and enjoy.
