Veggie Stuffed Pita

  1. Toss tomato and spinach with vinegar; season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  2. Stuff 1/4 of vegetable mixture into each pita half.
  3. Serve each person an a bottle of water mixed with a CRYSTAL LIGHT ON-the-Go packet.
