Sammies Vitamix Superfruit Smoothie

  1. Add spinach to the Vitamix container.
  2. Pile the fruit on top and add flax and chia seeds.
  3. Add orange juice and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully blended.
  4. Makes 3 16 ounce servings.
