Baked Ameretti Peaches Recipe
- 3 x Peaches
- 20 x Ameretti biscuits, up to 25
- 6 ounce Unsalted butter
- 1/2 bot ameretto liqueur
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the stones.
- Place them in a well-buttered dish.
- In a blender, whisk together the biscuits, butter and a splash of ameretto liqueur.
- Spoon some of the mix into the centre of each peach.
- Pour the rest of the liqueur over the peaches and bake in an oven for 20-45 min, depending on the hardness of the fruit.
