Easy Cherry Or Peach Cobbler Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat butter in 8 x 11 pan on top of stove.
  2. In mixing bowl combine flour, 1/2 c. sugar (put 1/4 c. sugar to side for later), baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk.
  3. Pour flour mix into pan, over butter/butter.
  4. Take a spoon and spread the flour mix proportionately in pan.
  5. Add in cherries (or possibly peaches) including the juice; spread proportionately.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top and put in oven.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till golden.
  8. Serves 6 to 8.
