Sweet ricotta pies
- 500 grams plain flour
- 125 grams margarine
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 water
- 700 grams ricotta
- 75 grams icing sugar
- 100 grams candied peel
- 100 grams chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven .
- Mix the flour , margerine , salt and make rubbing in method then add the water till you form the pastry.
- Let the pastry rest in the fridge for 1 hour before use .
- Prepare the filling , mix all the ingredients together .
- Then open the the pastry and fill with the ricotta filling.
- Bake for 1 hour then serve hot or cold .
