Diabetic Pork Chops And Gravy Recipe
- 4 sm. pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Pepper (optional)
- Parsley flakes (optional)
- Lightly sprinkle pork chops with the 2 Tbsp.
- flour and pepper lightly.
- Brown in Teflon skillet sprayed with Pam coating.
- Place in baking dish.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops and 1 1/2 cans of water.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes if you like.
- Cover tightly with lid or possibly foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Serve with potatoes or possibly rice.
