Diabetic Pork Chops And Gravy Recipe

  1. Lightly sprinkle pork chops with the 2 Tbsp.
  2. flour and pepper lightly.
  3. Brown in Teflon skillet sprayed with Pam coating.
  4. Place in baking dish.
  5. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops and 1 1/2 cans of water.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley flakes if you like.
  7. Cover tightly with lid or possibly foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
  8. Serve with potatoes or possibly rice.
