Shrimp and Crab Nachos
- 1 Avocado
- 1 bunch Cilantro (dried or freshly chopped)
- 2 cans Lump Crab (drained)
- to taste Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 bag easy peel shrimp
- 2 bag tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Clean and peel shrimp.
- Cut shrimp into bite size pieces.
- Layer tortilla chips with shrimp, crab, and cheese in a 12x9 baking pan ending with shrimp and cheese.
- (i.e.
- : chips, crab, cheese, shrimp, cheese)
- Cook until cheese melts, and shrimp turn pink.
- 30-40 minutes depending on size of shrimp.
- Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Top with salsa and diced avocado.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
