Lemonade Ice Cream Squares

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Process cookies in food processor until fine crumbs form; spoon into medium bowl.
  4. Add butter; mix well.
  5. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  7. or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool.
  9. Add water to drink mix in small bowl; stir until mix is dissolved.
  10. Gradually add to ice cream in large bowl, mixing well after each addition.
  11. Spoon over crust.
  12. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  13. Serve topped with strawberries.
