Berry-Mi-Su: Berry-Me-Up

  1. Open the ladyfingers and separate them.
  2. Strain the frozen berries over a bowl, reserve juice.
  3. Combine defrosted raspberries with sliced strawberries and blackberries.
  4. Line 4 martini glasses with a single layer of ladyfingers, letting the cakes overlap a bit at the stem.
  5. Press the cakes down a bit to fit the lines of the glass.
  6. Paint the ladyfingers with raspberry juice, liberally.
  7. Beat cheese with cream and sugar on low, 2 minutes.
  8. Spoon berries, then sweetened mascarpone into glasses.
  9. Top glasses off with a cap of the ladyfingers dotted with berry juice and more mixed berries.
