Creamy Gravy & Meatballs
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Egg Noodles
- 2 whole Medium Onions, Thinly Sliced
- Olive Oil, For Cooking
- 2 jars (12 Oz. Jar) Any Flavor Gravy
- 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 pound Meatballs (if Frozen, Thaw First)
- Boil egg noodles.
- After slicing onions, heat some olive oil in a deep skillet and carmelize the onions.
- Remove onions from skillet.
- Add gravy to the skillet, bring to a boil.
- Add cream cheese, stirring until thoroughly combined.
- Add meatballs and return onions to the mixture.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are done.
- Serve over egg noodles, with French bread or biscuits if you desire.
- You can also use any other kind of pasta, or rice or potatoes to serve this over.
