Breakfast Cookies W/Fruit

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
  3. Work with batter and form into 2-3 inch balls.
  4. (use about 1/4 c measuring cup to scoop batter).
  5. Place on cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
  6. Use the bottom of a glass dipped in water to flatten.
  7. Bake about 8 minutes for soft cookies.
  8. Cool.
