Creamy Alfredo Meatball Subs
- 1 cup Classico Alfredo di Roma Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 24 frozen fully cooked meatballs (1/2 lb./225 g)
- 4 submarine rolls, partially split
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Combine pasta sauce and water in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add meatballs; stir until evenly coated.
- Cook on medium-high heat 10 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Fill rolls with meatballs and sauce; top with cheese and parsley.
