Feta Cheese Felafel

  1. Add the cumin and coriander seed with the onion to a shallow non stick frying pan, toast for 2 minutes and transfer to a food processor.
  2. Drain the chick peas and add to the food processor.
  3. Add all other ingredients except the olive oil and blend to a rough paste.
  4. Heat the oil in the pan, form the paste into patties and roll them in flour so they will be easier to handle and not too sticky in the pan.
  5. Fry lightly for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve with pitta bread, salad and a mint yoghurt sauce, or however you like!
