Ham, Corn, And Potato Chowder Recipe

  1. Cook unpeeled potatoes in lightly salted, boiling water till tender.
  2. Drain; remove potato skins.
  3. Cut into bite size pcs.
  4. Heat butter in large skillet.
  5. Add in onion and saute/fry for 5 min.
  6. Add in lowfat milk, ham, soup, and potatoes.
  7. Cook over medium low heat for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add in corn, salt, and peppers.
  9. Bring to boiling.
  10. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
  11. Season to taste.
  12. Serves 4.
