Cafe Sorbet

  1. Dissolve 1/2 cup Maxwell House Cafe Mix, any flavour, in 2 cups hot milk in large bowl.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp.
  3. sugar; stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  5. Freeze about 1-1/2 hours or until almost firm.
  6. Break up mixture with fork.
  7. Freeze an additional 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Break mixture up again with fork.
  9. Spoon into dessert dishes just before serving.
