Stuffed Green Peppers
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
- 1 can (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (1-3/4 lb.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1-1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green peppers, tops removed and seeded
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and peppers.
- Stuff peppers to top.
- Put in crock-pot.
- Put 3 in bottom and 1 on top.
- Cover.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese in last 30 minutes.
