Italian Sausage Spaghetti
- 1 lb. Italian sausage *
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 md. onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- Prepare spaghetti as directed.
- Cook sausage until browned.
- Remove from skillet and save 1 tablespoon of grease in skillet.
- Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
- Add sausage, seasoning and garlic.
- Drain spaghetti; mix sausage and vegetables with spaghetti.
- Add milk, egg, cheese, sauce and mix.
- Spray with oil a large casserole dish and pour mix in and level with spoon.
- Preheat oven to 300F, bake for 1 hour.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
