Loaded BBQ Chicken Nachos
- 3 qt. grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 288 each tortilla chips
- 3 cups red onions, diced
- 6 cups black beans, rinsed
- 6 cups frozen corn, thawed, drained
- 3 qt. Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese
- 6 cups plum tomatoes, seeded, diced
- 3 cups Chopped fresh cilantro
- Combine chicken and BarBQ Sauce.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For Each 4 Serving Share Platter: Arrange 48 chips (7 oz./200 g) on 12-inch (30 cm) ovenproof serving dish.
- Top with 2 cups (500 mL) chicken mixture, 1/2 cup (125 mL) onions, 1 cup (250 mL) each beans and corn, and 2 cups (500 mL) cheese.
- Bake in 400F standard oven 5 to 8 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Top with 1 cup (250 mL) tomatoes and 1/2 cup (125 mL) cilantro.
