Loaded BBQ Chicken Nachos

  1. Combine chicken and BarBQ Sauce.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For Each 4 Serving Share Platter: Arrange 48 chips (7 oz./200 g) on 12-inch (30 cm) ovenproof serving dish.
  4. Top with 2 cups (500 mL) chicken mixture, 1/2 cup (125 mL) onions, 1 cup (250 mL) each beans and corn, and 2 cups (500 mL) cheese.
  5. Bake in 400F standard oven 5 to 8 min.
  6. or until cheese is melted.
  7. Top with 1 cup (250 mL) tomatoes and 1/2 cup (125 mL) cilantro.
