BBQ Teriyaki Wings
- 2 lb Wings (or more)
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Sherry
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1/2 tsp Powdered Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- Mix the marinade and marinade the wings in a large ziploc style bag for about 30 minutes to 1 hour (flipping over several times).
- Set up your grill with a 3 Zone fire.
- Details in the attachment.
- Remove the wings from the marinade and pat dry.
- Place wings on a grill over the drip pan and cook at 350F for about 45 minutes.
- You can grill directly over the coals for a minute or two to crisp up the skin.
- Just be careful not to burn.
- Let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
