BBQ Teriyaki Wings

  1. Mix the marinade and marinade the wings in a large ziploc style bag for about 30 minutes to 1 hour (flipping over several times).
  2. Set up your grill with a 3 Zone fire.
  3. Details in the attachment.
  4. Remove the wings from the marinade and pat dry.
  5. Place wings on a grill over the drip pan and cook at 350F for about 45 minutes.
  6. You can grill directly over the coals for a minute or two to crisp up the skin.
  7. Just be careful not to burn.
  8. Let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
