Eggnog Sweet Bread Loaves
- 1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
- 34 cup refrigerated eggnog
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla rum extract
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all in a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 3 minute Pour batter into 4 greased 6x3x2 loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
- Glaze if desired.
