Easiest Apple Cake Ever.

• 4 eggs
• 12 cup oil
• 12 cup caster sugar
• 5 apples (peeled, cored & sliced like chips, not too thin )
• 1 12 cups self-rising flour
• 12 teaspoon cinnamon, and
• 2 tablespoons caster sugar, mixed together

1. Beat egg whites till doubled in volume,.
2. then add all the other ingredients, except for the flour and apples.
3. & cinnamon sugar,mix,.
4. add flour and stir in some apples, leave some for topping.
5. Put in 8'' round baking pan.
6. Arrange the rest of the apples on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
7. Bake 400.F.
