One-Skillet Honey Mustard Pork Chops

  1. Cook chops in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Remove chops from skillet; keep warm.
  4. Add water, mustard, thyme and pepper to skillet; mix well.
  5. Stir in rice.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Add beans and pears; stir gently.
  8. Top with chops; cover.
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  10. Simmer 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from heat; stir gently.
  12. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
