One-Skillet Honey Mustard Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (3 oz. each), trimmed of all visible fat Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
- 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 fresh pears, cored, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- Cook chops in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Remove chops from skillet; keep warm.
- Add water, mustard, thyme and pepper to skillet; mix well.
- Stir in rice.
- Bring to boil.
- Add beans and pears; stir gently.
- Top with chops; cover.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir gently.
- Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
