Tuna and White Bean Salad
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can white beans, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna, drained
- 1 12 teaspoons dried basil
- Combine lemon juice through pepper; stir well with a whisk.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate several hours before serving to allow flavours to blend.
