Spicy Red Lentils
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup red lentil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 14 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 12 cups water
- Stir fry lentils, onions and spices in a non-stick frying pan for 2 minutes.
- Add water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
