Hot Chipped Beef Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Beat in sour cream, milk and horseradish until combined.
  4. Stir in dried beef, onion, celery and dillweed.
  5. Transfer mixture to a seasoned or greased 8-9 inch cast iron skillet.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
  7. If desired, serve with dill pickle slices, ritz crackers, rye crackers or potato chips.
