Tofu Fettuccine Alfredo

  2. While cooking fettuccine in salted water, prepare sauce.

  4. In blender, liquefy tofu until smooth.

  6. Pour into saucepan and add rest of ingredients.

  8. Taste it, play with it, coax it into something deliciousits very flexible!

  10. Toss with cooked noodles and enjoy knowing your arteries are safe for the night!
  11. *I usually add more salt than the 2 T. Definitely a to taste sort of dish.
