Tofu Fettuccine Alfredo
- 1 box Fettuccine Noodles
- 1 box Silken Soft Tofu
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 4 leaves Fresh Sweet Basil, Chopped
- 2 sprigs Fresh Oregano, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1.
- While cooking fettuccine in salted water, prepare sauce.
- 2.
- In blender, liquefy tofu until smooth.
- 3.
- Pour into saucepan and add rest of ingredients.
- 4.
- Taste it, play with it, coax it into something deliciousits very flexible!
- 5.
- Toss with cooked noodles and enjoy knowing your arteries are safe for the night!
- *I usually add more salt than the 2 T. Definitely a to taste sort of dish.
