Block Bacon and Eggplant Pasta all'Arrabiata
- 2 servings Pasta
- 10 cm Bacon (block)
- 2 small Eggplant
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 Red chili peppers
- 1 can Canned tomatoes
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 2 tbsp White wine
- Use about 10 cm of a block of bacon!
- Cut into 1 cm wide slices, then cut each slice into 3 pieces!
- Heat olive oil in a pan, and saute the sliced garlic and thinly sliced red chili peppers over low heat until fragrant.
- Take out of the pan.
- Add the cut up bacon, plus the eggplant that's been sliced to 5mm thick, and saute!
- Add the canned tomatoes.
- Add the ingredients to season!
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
- Transfer to serving plates and it's done!
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Tabasco to taste and enjoy!
