Wiener Pockets

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook wieners, onions and peppers in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. or until onions are tender and wieners are browned; remove from heat.
  4. Mix sour cream and mustard in medium bowl.
  5. Stir in wiener mixture.
  6. Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface; sprinkle lightly with additional flour.
  7. Roll out to 12x16-inch square; cut into 12 (4-inch) squares.
  8. Spoon wiener mixture onto centers of squares, adding about 1 Tbsp.
  9. to each.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Moisten edges of squares with water.
  12. Bring 4 corners of each square together and pinch together to secure.
  13. Place on greased baking sheet.
  14. Bake 15 min.
  15. or until golden brown.
