Ecstasy Pie
- 1 c. flour
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- Mix flour and margarine thoroughly.
- Add pecans and mix. Divide into 2 pie plates and form into crust.
- Place in oven and brown, then remove crusts and allow to cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
- Divide evenly between the pie plates, spreading evenly along the bottom.
- Mix both puddings separately with milk; divide and spread mixture, first vanilla, then chocolate.
- Spread evenly.
- Cover tops of pies with additional Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecan pieces.
- Refrigerate until served.
