After Dinner Mints

  1. In a small pan on medium heat, melt carob chips.
  2. Add mint oil.
  3. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of melted carob and mint oil into bottom of confection candy cups.
  4. Chill 10 minutes.
  5. Keep refrigerated
